Diane Okrent Qualitative Marketing Researcher
Diane Okrent is president and founder of DO Research, Inc., marketing research consultants, established in 1991, to provide marketing research direction and consulting services for consumer-oriented and business-to-business clients.
A marketing research professional with extensive experience, Diane has worked with a wide variety of clients and offers a broad range of research experience from moderating focus groups and conducting one-on-one interviews to planning, directing and analyzing large-scale quantitative studies (mall intercepts, telephone, mail, and online surveys). She is a member of QRCA (Qualitative Research Consultants Association).
Prior to DO Research, Inc., Diane was Associate Director of Research at Wunderman (Y&R), Research Manager at DYR, and Director of Program Analysis for the CBS/Broadcast Group. She started her career in the National Television Research department at CBS.
Diane has an MBA in Marketing from New York University and a BA in English from Smith College.
